Annually, The Secret of the Company publication evaluates Russian cities with a population of more than 100 thousand inhabitants, choosing the best. For analysis, 13 criteria are used, among them - purchasing power, medical care, entrepreneurship development, per capita income, etc.

10. Tyumen

5. Irkutsk
