Based on criteria such as the number of visits to regional neuropsychiatric dispensaries and the number of patients registered as a result of the examination, rating of the most mentally disadvantaged regions of the country. And the most favorable in this regard were the republics of the Caucasus, Moscow, Samara and Kaliningrad regions.
10. Kirov region
Most often, residents of the Kirov region turn to neuropsychiatric dispensaries for two reasons: these are neuroses and behavior disorders. Altogether there are 3651 mentally unstable persons per 100,000 people.
9. Ivanovo region

8. Jewish Autonomous Region

7. Chelyabinsk region

6. Tver region

5. Krasnoyarsk Territory

4. Perm Territory

2. Chukotka Autonomous Okrug

Frequent treatment after divorces, due to alcoholism of one of the family members and as a result of the collapse of life after natural disasters (how can one not recall the mass fires that have become more frequent in the last few years in the Altai Territory).
