And the most favorable in this regard were the republics of the Caucasus, Moscow, Samara and Kaliningrad regions.

10. Kirov region

Most often, residents of the Kirov region turn to neuropsychiatric dispensaries for two reasons: these are neuroses and behavior disorders. Altogether there are 3651 mentally unstable persons per 100,000 people.

9. Ivanovo region
